
We grow 85+% of the hops we use in our brewing. These are actual Bavarian hop varietals brought from Germany and doing great in their new home in Alameda.
We follow the Reinheitsgebot in our brewing but do produce gluten-free/gluten-reduced beers through the introduction of an enzyme into the fermentation process.
We partner with other brewers, brew clubs, and with Dahoam1516 to offer brewing classes and experiences for all levels.
